Andrew has extensive experience working in leadership roles across sectors including government, transport and infrastructure projects. Andrew established ARK Consulting in 2020. Andrew applies his experience and pragmatic approach to support clients in developing and implementing safety culture programs, management systems, strategic plans and risk management frameworks. Andrew has experience in the development and review of crisis and emergency arrangements, conducting safety investigations and audits, developing and delivering safety briefings and training and interfacing with regulators.
